BBrittle Studio

Legal

Privacy policy.

This policy explains what information the Brittle Studio website may process and the choices available to visitors.

Information you provide

We receive information you choose to send us by email, including your email address, message, and any attachments. We use it to respond, provide requested support, and maintain necessary correspondence.

Technical information

This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting. Like most hosting providers, Firebase and its infrastructure providers may process basic request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and security or diagnostic data to deliver and protect the service.

Cookies and advertising

At the date of this policy, this website does not place advertising cookies or use an advertising service. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, device information, IP address, and browsing activity to deliver, measure, limit, and—where permitted—personalize advertising.

Before serving ads where consent is legally required, we will deploy a Google-certified consent management platform so visitors can accept, reject, or manage relevant choices. This policy will be updated when advertising is activated.

External media and links

Journal images may be delivered by third-party image hosts such as Unsplash. Loading those images sends a request to that provider, which may receive technical information including your IP address. Links to external websites are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.

How we use and retain information

We process correspondence to answer inquiries, protect the website, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate business interests. We retain email correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that host or secure the site, or disclosed when required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, or connected to a business reorganization.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.

Children

This website and Journal are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
